Hip Hop refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop or urban styles of music. The class includes a cardio warm up with strength training and progresses into a combination of Jazz-Funk and street style of dance. Dancer’s focus on coordination, strength and rhythmic skills, all to the fun of up-tempo music.
This one hour class is for dancers with prior hip hop dance experience or innate hip hop abilities. Classes include stretching, and intermediate to advanced hip hop choreography set to today’s hits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Dancers who are 9 years of age or older.
