Hip Hop refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop or urban styles of music. The class includes a cardio warm up with strength training and progresses into a combination of Jazz-Funk and street style of dance. Dancer’s focus on coordination, strength and rhythmic skills, all to the fun of up-tempo music.
This one hour class is for dancers looking for an introduction to the fundamentals or hip hop dance or who need a refresher on the basics. Classes include stretching, and beginner to intermediate hip hop choreography set to today’s hits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Dancers who are 9 years of age or older.
