Hip Hop refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop or urban styles of music. The class includes a cardio warm up with strength training and progresses into a combination of Jazz-Funk and street style of dance. Dancer’s focus on coordination, strength and rhythmic skills, all to the fun of up-tempo music.
This one hour class is an introduction to the fundamentals of hip hop dance. Class includes stretching and hip hop choreography set to today’s top hits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Dancers who are between the ages of 5 - 9 years old.
