Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance combining elements of modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers learn to focus on connecting the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
This one hour class is for dancers who already have an understanding of the basic fundamentals of contemporary dance. Classes include stretching, contemporary dance technique training, song interpretation, and intermediate to advanced choreography.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Dancers who are 13 years of age or older.
